Crime Stoppers and the San Angelo Police Department need your help in solving a Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit an Assault in the North part of town.
About 1 AM Sunday, April 13th, 2008, an unknown Hispanic male, kicked in the East side door to a residence in the 700 block of Jones Street. The suspect was surprised by the owner being at home and struck her with a blunt instrument, knocking her down. The suspect then ran out the same door he came in with the victim in pursuit. The victim was taken to Shannon Hospital where she received treatment for her injuries and was released.
