On June 15th a beauty salon in the 800 block of Knickerbocker was broken into.  Items taken were hair products & shampoos, curling irons, a stereo and 45 various designs of crosses.  A real estate office next door was also broken into.

This unidentified W/M - about 5`10" to 6`2" - about 180 to 190 lbs - he is covered in tattoos down both arms and hands.  The subject has been forging checks since June 2007 in this and surrounding areas.  Checks have been written for various amounts totaling hundreds of dollars.  Forged/Counterfeit checks have been written in San Angelo, Brownwood and Abilene.  He was driving a 2001-2005 Black Chevy Single Cab pickup, very clean, has chrome rails along the top of the bed and a chrome tool box in the back.
